The password changes at midnight every Sunday. If, for example, you made a request on a Friday and did not download the software until Monday, you would need to submit the form again to receive a new password.

DONGLE INSTALLATION

Alternatively, you can ‘Request a Fully Working Evaluation Dongle’.

This will involve a local Reseller contacting you and installing a fully working version of NCG CAM, licensed on a timed dongle for 1 month. Full technical support will be given during this period via our local Reseller. To avoid charges, the dongle must be returned if no purchase is made.

NCG CAM Operating System Compatibility:
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, 64-bit or newer
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 or equivalent minimum, Intel Core i9 or equivalent recommended
  • Memory: 16GB minimum, 32GB recommended
  • Graphics Card: Dedicated graphics card
  • Disk space: 8GB
  • Screen Resolution: Minimum 1920 x 1080
  • Recommended: 3 button mouse - track pads on laptops are not ideal

Software Maintenance

NCG CAM offers perpetual licenses with an Annual Software Maintenance Contract at competitive pricing. This includes full technical support via telephone and email, all software updates including major releases and 8+ point releases of NCG CAM inbetween.

Post-processors are also supported whilst Software Maintenance is active.

Software Issues

Software quality is extremely important to us, so we are interested in your software issues whether or not you have a current maintenance contract. If you have found a problem with the software, please send as much detail as possible. The more detailed information you can provide, the faster we can look at it. 

Please provide us with the following information:
  • The full NCG CAM version number (find this in the Help > About NCG CAM);
    this is very important.
  • The operating system you are running.
  • Please send us an example file where you have seen the problem; this saves us time trying to work out how to recreate the problem. (Please note that any files sent to us, will be treated as confidential information).
